In Mavenwit, we believe that the most valuable asset for any company is its employees. No matter how advanced and up to date the equipment is. A company can only grow if it has skilled and competent employees. 

Thus, we not only invest in building talents but also in retaining our valuable employees.

We have employees from every different location within and outside of India. And as we value them, we also celebrate different festivals and occasions in our company so that no one feels like stranded or alienated the feeling one gets when he/she is out from home. Well, the main idea behind doing all this is to create a fun environment and make our employees happy and full of joy. These kinds of celebrations also bring our employees close with one another and create a team spirit among all our employees. 

We also understand that for the success of our company and its employees, soft skills are important. Thus, we organize soft skills training programs often. And, if we find any of our employee lacking certain soft skills and needs more grooming, we encourage them to work on them and also provide all possible resources so that he/she can find everything at one place and work on himself/herself at fast pace. 

Our employees know that the real happiness comes from completing the given task successfully and making the impact on other’s life. Thus, we often show the impact of their work on other’s life so that they know what they are doing and why they are doing it. Our clients’ testimony shows the skills and efficiency of our employees and this encourage them to keep working with us. 

In Mavenwit, we don’t have bosses. We have friends that happen to be seniors. With this approach we make our all employees comfortable in talking with their seniors so that they don’t hide any of their mistakes, if they ever do that.
